Ok, listen, the night we visited they were getting slammed. Like, this tiny food truck was slinging sandwiches for, like, hundreds of people. And you know what? They were incredibly nice to everyone. We didn't even have to wait that long for our order. And how were the sandwiches? AMAZING!!! Husband and kids got burgers. I got the Asian Cajun. We all loved our food. Will definitely be back whenever we see them.
SO GOOD!!! Their food truck was at spring stock. They were out of the almighty burger but the person working recommended the asian cajun and it was even better than i could’ve imagined. Fries were awesome too!! Highly recommend.
The Almighty Sandro shop lived up to the name. What an almighty burger it was paired with a nice beer from Holdfast and a bag of jalapeño chips. I thoroughly enjoyed each and every bite and in my years I have had a lot of burgers some good, some bad, but not as tasty as this one. I’d rate this on my top two burgers, one being from Angus in Nebraska, and this took 2nd place. Enjoyed and thank you for the burger. No photo because I ate it all
Originally a food truck, this now brick-and-mortar sandwich shop slings the best sandos in town, hands down. The menu is short and sweet and has options that anyone can enjoy, including vegan and vegetarian options. The food always comes out quick and piping hot, the service is always with a smile, and the prices are fair. Their claim to making the best smash burger in town is 100% merited, the sweet potato tots are fire, and they carry Zapps!
Absolute gem. I got The Jive with mushrooms, and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had downtown. Maybe one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Everything was packed smart, with the veggies and sauce on the side so nothing got soggy before I could eat. The flavors were bold and balanced. It actually felt like the kind of lunch you look forward to, not just something to get through. Parking was typical for downtown, and the staff was fast and friendly. Seating is limited, but this place is made for grab-and-go. If you’re tired of boring food and want something that tastes like someone cared, this is it. Snapped a pic halfway through. I’ll be back.
I stopped by to grab a sandwich on my way out of town. Originally, I'd ordered the Silly Philly. Unfortunately, it wasn't available. However, happy accidents can be the best! I was offered the Vegan Yaya Papaya intstead. It was super tasty! I also ordered the Cajun fries which were wonderfully spicy and delicious. Probably top 5 fries I've ever had!
I got the original Almighty Sando and it was SO GOOD. Not soaking wet like a black sheep burger, even though my boyfriend brought it home to me. Their sauces are innovative but somehow still classic. I love that they’re open more often than the sandwich shop before them. If I had to see Sliders go, this place is a better contender for their namesake than the previous place. Support local!
